Paneer Parfi Recipe

Ingredients:

400g grated paneer

300g condensed milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk powder

1/4 cup whole milk

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated paneer, condensed milk, sugar, milk powder, and cardamom powder. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the mixture. Stir continuously to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, or until it starts to leave the sides of the pan and forms a thick mass.

Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Grease a square or rectangular pan with a little ghee or butter. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and spread it evenly.

Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, press the mixture firmly to make it compact.

Allow the paneer parfi to cool completely and then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until it sets.

Once the parfi is set, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into desired shapes, such as squares or diamonds.

Serve the delicious paneer parfi as a sweet treat or as a dessert. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.

Enjoy the rich and creamy taste of this homemade paneer parfi! It's a delightful Indian sweet that is sure to impress your family and friends.
